AlphaB playgroups bring together carefully matched dogs for supervised, structured social time. Dogs are selected for each session based on compatibility, so the dynamic in the group is always considered before a booking is confirmed.

Group Walks

AlphaB's group dog walks are led by our experienced team and designed for dogs who genuinely enjoy the company of others. Walks cover varied environments, giving dogs exposure to different terrain and settings in a controlled, sociable format.

Group walks are an hour in length. Select your pick-up time when booking to confirm your place on the walk.

Lure Coursing

Lure coursing uses a mechanically operated lure to give high-drive dogs a purposeful, high-energy outlet in a safe and controlled setting. Every session includes a warm-up and cool-down to ensure your dog is ready before they run and properly settled before they leave.

Adventure Days

AlphaB Adventure Days are longer group walks led by AlphaB trainers and run on selected dates throughout the year. Every Adventure Day takes dogs somewhere new, exploring different routes and environments each time.

Puppy Pack Walk

AlphaB's Puppy Pack Walks are small, structured group walks designed specifically for puppies, giving them the opportunity to experience the world alongside other dogs in a calm, managed setting.

Every Puppy Pack Walk includes a session with Scruffy, whose calm and reliable temperament makes him the ideal companion for younger dogs still finding their feet. Scruffy's presence allows for controlled socialisation and interaction, giving puppies the chance to learn from an older, stable dog rather than simply being thrown into a group dynamic. Puppies learn a great deal from the dogs around them, and the quality of those early social experiences matters. Pack walks at this age are kept intentional and unhurried, with the emphasis on positive exposure, appropriate interaction, and building the kind of confidence that carries through into adult life.

Trailing Dog Club

Trailing harnesses the one sense dogs are built around — giving your dog a specific human scent and asking them to follow it across real terrain until they locate their person at the end. It is one of the most naturally fulfilling activities a dog can do, producing a deep, settled tiredness that physical exercise alone rarely achieves. Because the dog works independently on a single focused task, it is particularly beneficial for high-drive dogs who need purposeful mental outlet, dogs who are reactive or struggle in group environments, and dogs who are physically active but never quite seem settled. Sessions are structured and progressive, welcoming complete beginners through to more experienced dogs, and are suitable for a wide range of breeds, ages, and abilities.
