**Field Hire Policy with Alpha B Dog Training** Welcome to the Alpha B Dog Training field hire service. To ensure a pleasant and efficient experience for all users, please adhere to the following guidelines: 1. **Session Timing**: You must exit the field promptly at the end of your allotted session. Ensure you allocate enough time within your session to get your dogs into the vehicle and collect any toys or personal property. Leaving by the end of your session is essential for the smooth transition between bookings. 2. **Arrival Protocol**: Please refrain from arriving before your scheduled session time, as other sessions may be in progress. This will help minimise disruption for all attendees. 3. **Fencing Responsibility**: Be aware that the field is enclosed with low fences equipped with sheep mesh. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog remains within the field at all times. If your dog is prone to escaping or jumping over, consider using a long line or Flexi lead. 4. **Rubbish and Waste**: Kindly take all rubbish and waste home with you, as the bins provided are for staff use only. This helps us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. 5. **Gate Security**: Ensure you close the gate upon entering and leaving to safeguard the area for subsequent users. 6. **Customer Eligibility**: This service is exclusively for recognised existing customers. If management does not recognise your name, your booking will be cancelled without a refund. Please confirm your eligibility by messaging us prior to booking if you are uncertain. 7. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or rescheduling of bookings. Ensure your availability before making a booking. 8. **Dog Conduct**: It is crucial to supervise your dog(s) and prevent any destructive activities, including digging or damaging any fencing or property. 9. **Control of Dogs**: You are welcome to bring as many dogs as you like, provided you can maintain control over each and every one. 10. **Breed Specific Legislation (BSL)**: Dogs under BSL are permitted to exercise freely within the field, as long as they remain inside.
