Our Board and Train Programme ensures ongoing communication and practical advice, enabling lasting positive change for both you and your companion.

What’s included:

• Each dog receives a personalised daily routine with enrichment activities designed to maintain peak physical, mental, and emotional health, all tailored to your dog’s unique requirements and your training goals.

• Enjoy regular video updates every four days during your dog’s stay, providing full transparency on our training methods, your dog’s responses, and helpful guidance so you can confidently continue at home.

• ⁠Daily text message updates offer added peace of mind.

• Customers are welcome to text us throughout their dog's stay; replies will always be sent at the end of each day unless an emergency or complication arises, in which case you will be contacted immediately.

• Benefit from a thorough one-hour handover session at collection, where your trainer will equip you with detailed instructions, answer your questions, and outline how best to maintain your dog’s progress.

• Receive a written daily routine, a personalised training plan, and expert guidance on behaviour, fitness, and nutrition (if required) so your dog gets the best possible support on return.

• Following the programme, you are entitled to five complimentary group classes, including exposure walks, obstacle exploration, and canine conditioning sessions. Your trainer will help you select the ideal options for your dog.

• Take advantage of a 20% discount on three additional one-to-one sessions to further boost training at home, valid for three months.

• Access long-term support via our WhatsApp community and direct line to your trainer, offering professional advice for as long as you wish. • If desired, benefit from tailored guidance on diet, nutrition, and exercise plans for your dog’s total wellness. Our promises to you:

Pricing and arrival/departure information

• The minimum programme is two weeks (£850), recommended for puppies or minor training goals. For more complex needs, a four-week stay (£1,600), six week (£2,350) or eight week (£3,150) is advised. Deposits (£300 for two weeks, £600 for four weeks, £900 for six weeks or £1,200 for eight weeks) are strictly non-refundable and required to secure your booking.

• Additional dogs are welcome at a discounted rate (£700 extra for two weeks, £1,450 extra for four weeks, £2.200 extra for six weeks or £2,900 for eight weeks), with afore mentioned deposit required PER dog. Please ask for full details.

• Fees for unplanned additional nights (£80 per night) are payable immediately

• Fees for bank holidays (£10 per night supplement) may apply; these will be confirmed before booking wherever possible.

• Pick-up and drop-off are arranged within a mutually agreed two-hour window. Please ensure availability for the full slot and an additional hour for your handover session.

As the owner, you are responsible for:

– Supplying full, accurate details on your dog’s health (current conditions, allergies, medication), behaviours (such as resource guarding, separation anxiety, or bite history even if minor), training history, and daily routines.

– Providing your dog’s food, high-value treats, any medication (with clear instructions), and complete vet and insurance details where applicable.

– Ensuring your nominated emergency contact(s) – ideally at least two, local to the area – are able to assist swiftly if needed, particularly in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

– Supplying an itinerary of your dog’s belongings for a smooth return and notifying us of any belongings or comfort items with special importance.

– Being fully transparent about any behavioural or medical concerns so we can provide the best and safest experience for your dog; nothing will exclude you from service but undisclosed issues may jeopardise care.

– Acknowledging your dog may sometimes be left unattended for short periods (never exceeding four hours).

• Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. If you are late for pick-up, drop-off, or the handover session, additional fees may apply or service may be refused.

• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog during the programme unless due to our negligence, as well as providing all necessary supplies and ensuring arrangements for food, medication, and extra needs are made promptly.

• Changes to diet or supplements may be recommended in your dog’s best interests; you may be asked to provide or fund these if required. Refusal to meet these needs may result in your dog’s care being transferred to your emergency contact.

• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before or at beginning of your serviced ; payment of deposit is taken as confirmation you have read and accepted all terms and conditions provided on our website.
