Alpha B Dog Training’s bespoke Wedding Concierge Service is designed for couples who want their dog to be a part of their big day, offering flexible options to meet your needs and ensure you can relax while your dog enjoys the festivities.

Service Features:

Tailored support so your dog can be present and comfortable at your wedding Experienced staff to handle your dog as much or as little as you prefer

Assistance with posing your dog for photos, caring for your dog during the event, or simply providing transport before and after the ceremony

Options for staff to remain on-site in case of emergencies, or to only stay as long as you require

How It Works:

Choose the exact level of involvement you want from our staff: from attending only for photos, to supporting your dog throughout the wedding and reception, or providing simple pick-up and drop-off services

Pick-up is available from your home, workplace, a friend or relative’s house, or even a boarding kennel (with prior authorisation)

Drop-off can be arranged for any location you specify, whether it’s back home, a separate venue, or a professional kennel

Overnight stays are available (please complete a separate overnight stay form and indicate it is part of the wedding concierge service) We always strive to have the same staff member care for your dog for both wedding and overnight arrangements, where possible

Staff Presentation:

Staff will arrive in clean, presentable Alpha B Dog Training uniforms by default

Staff attire can be adjusted to suit your wedding’s theme if requested when you book

Pricing and Payment:

The service is charged at £30 per hour. Hourly billing starts from the time staff collect your dog and covers preparation, transport, time at the venue, and ends when your dog is delivered to their final destination (or when staff leave, if the dog remains at the wedding)

Travel is charged at £1.50 per mile (rounded down to the nearest half mile), based on the shortest route calculated by Apple or Google Maps

The full service charge (including travel) must be paid in advance—payment is fully due within 12 hours of your booking confirmation.

If payment is not received within this time, your booking may be cancelled and your service forfeited. Payment is fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

Client Responsibilities:
Specify any preferred dress code for staff when you book If the dog is being collected from a kennel, you must notify and authorise kennel staff in advance
Provide high-value treats for your dog to ensure comfort and positive reinforcement
Complete all necessary booking forms, as well as the overnight stay form if required, clearly indicating the booking is for the wedding concierge service

Key Terms and Conditions:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue is dog-friendly and that their dog will be welcome at all stages of the day
Payment must be made in advance and is fully non-refundable and non-transferable as per the terms above
The customer must complete all details in the booking form correctly
The customer is responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dog throughout the service, including at the venue
The customer is responsible for ensuring their pet is happy and comfortable in the wedding environment
The customer must provide a sufficient supply of high-value treats to help keep their dog comfortable
