Cancellation Policy
please give 24 hours for all rescheduling. If you miss the window for rescheduling you will be required to cancel your session and this will incur a loss of monies paid No refunds for cancellations TO RESCHEDULE YOU MUST CLICK RESCHEDULE AND NOT CANCEL once a service is booked you can reschedule for the same service at a different time or with a different trainer but we do not offer credit towards a different service so please be sure when booking no refunds for any cancelation instead of rescheduling and 24 hour notice to reschedule Exception applies if you are using a pass in which case you may cancel provided you provide 24 hours notice and the session will be added back to your account Private sessions take place at the address you have filled in on your booking form, please do not travel to any other location unless you have agreed directly with the trainer beforehand. The trainer will arrive at the address booked
